Why are they called Tuk Tuk's?
Tuk Tuk's are a central part of the transport system in Bangkok with people using them to get to school, to work, to the closest skytrain station or down to the market to go shopping. Why are they called Tuk Tuk's? What does it mean? Tuk Tuk's are called this after the sound that their engine makes as they dart around the city ferrying passengers and cargo from place to place. I bet you didn't know that.
